We built the Habit360 - Habit tracker & Routine Planner app. This SERVICE is provided by Habit360 at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Thank you for taking the time to read our Privacy policy. Your privacy is our top priority. We do not compromise with your privacy. Any data that we collect from our users are done with the intention of creating a better user experience.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Habit360 - Habit tracker & Routine Planner unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect certain information from you and/or your device (which may be considered personal information under applicable data protection laws). We collect this information with your either your explicit consent in accordance with GDPR or as part of our legitimate interest in accordance with GDPR.

The application provides an option to create an account to give you a better experience. Your habits and your progress are stored only locally on your device and all calculations are done on your device as well. Premium users can backup their data on the cloud and they will be able to restore their data (habits & progresses) when they switch to a new device.

We obtain your email address & your full name (your public info attached with your Google account) when you log in using Google. We could use your email to identify you when you contact us through the chat to provide you better customized support.

We don't collect any personal identifiable information. The information that we could request in the future will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

At any time you have the right to request deleting / updating your data by contacting us at support@habit360.app. You also have the right to request deleting your chats with us or opt-out from collection app instance data which is sent to HelpCrunch.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

Data retention

We retain your personal information collected as described in this Privacy Policy for as long as needed to provide you the Services or we have a legitimate business reason to do so. When we no longer have ongoing legitimate business reason to process your personal information, we will delete your data.

Data Deletion

Right to Deletion:
We understand the importance of the ability to control your personal information, which is why our Service provides users the right to request the deletion of their account and associated data. If you wish to exercise this right, you can do so through the app's interface.

In-App Account Deletion:
To delete your account and personal data:

  1. Open the Habit360 - Habit tracker & Routine Planner app.
  2. Navigate to the Settings tab.
  3. Select 'User Account'.
  4. Click on 'Delete Account'.
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm the deletion of your account and data.

Upon the confirmation of deletion, your account will be permanently removed from our records, and all personal data associated with your account will be deleted from our servers. This action is irreversible, and all your data, including your habits and progress, will be permanently removed.

Web-Based Account Deletion Request:
If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can request deletion by contacting our support team at support@habit360.app. Please specify 'Account Deletion Request' in the subject line and provide us with the email address associated with your account. Our support team will guide you through the process and confirm once your account and all associated data have been deleted.

Data Management Without Account Deletion:
For users who prefer to manage their data without deleting their account, our Service provides options to selectively remove information. To delete individual habits, navigate to the habits list within the Habit360 app. From this screen, you have the option to remove all or some of your habits. Similarly, for managing your mode entries, open the modes screen where you can delete all or specific entries according to your preference. It is our commitment to provide you with control over your personal data while continuing to use our service.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it.

We have implemented security measures to ensure that our internal procedures meet our high security policy standards. Accordingly, we strive to protect the quality and integrity of your personal information. This includes encryption of data and use of pseudonymisation, whenever applicable.

All data and information transmitted through the Service is secured by SSL protocol.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
